Auto Plant Water-er For An Aquarium? - auto plant watering

I bought a large aquarium and my carnivorous plants in it. My question is something like a source of self? I have tried to find one and I feel stupid because I do not know if such a thing. Basically I just want something that could be placed at the top of the basin, fill with water, and the time for the water plants. Perhaps something similar? Anyway, if anyone knows if there is something, or if, to find, or even the name of one, so you can find on eBay, please give me a note. Thank you!
