Apartment Lease Termination Early Apartment Lease Termination?
Early Apartment Lease Termination? - apartment lease termination
I have my hometown, a city college in December. I sat down in a nice apartment, but I found that I will be able to afford college at a major university. Also, I had my shoulder injury, which caused me difficulties in finding or keeping a job. I have planned for my mother, and an operation, but still 6 months left on my lease. My lease states that I am in an apartment that costs you cut a little, because the status of my student days, but since I did not want a student, I have to inform them. What are the chances I have on the lease to the left? I have a roommate, but not a student, and therefore not really take advantage of stay at the specified locations. Any idea or suggestion?

Talk to your landlord and tell him you're out of school because of disability and to undergo an operation. Maybe he will leave out of the lease if you pay for advertising, so you can rent an apartment to someone else without offering loss of rental income. Especially now, in April, there are probably other students looking for housing for the summer and fall semesters. Ask what is necessary for you to be relieved from the contract. Your partner is also in the lease? It is expected to remain his roommate in the apartment? My scenario is incomplete, making it difficult to get a complete picture.
